As the use the services of the existing analogue phone system, they not only provide a cost-effective new solution but also offer more sophisticated and complex services, e.g. transferring calls in the case of absence (e.g. to another workplace, a voice recorder, etc.) or putting calls through (e.g. from the secretary to the person requested).
