Once it was the gatekeeper who kept a watchful eye at the entrance. Today increasingly electronic systems are being used to ensure the security for buildings and their occupants – 24 hours a day.

Whether residential or commercial buildings, public buildings or the protection of particularly sensitive rooms or data: monitoring and locking systems have now combined to form a single entity – such as, for example, a door intercom system. And thanks to wireless data transmission these are becoming ever more compact.

This also facilitates subsequent installation at a later date. Thus existing buildings, too, can be protected using state-of-the-art technology. This can be by means of badges instead of key systems, as in modern companies and hotels.
